Current Books:
The Diamond Age by Neil Stephenson - I'm about three quarters of the way through this book and though I have been reading it off and on for a long time I have yet to finish. So far I'd highly suggest it and even have discussed the concept of this era posted by another Google+ in regard to the social implications of this dystopia novel it was really the concept of buying a kindle at the time and vicariously imagining I was like a father to the main character that hooked me. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/diamond-age-neal-stephenson/1100623049
Jesus, Interrupted by Bart D Eherman - While this book would be more interesting if I felt stronger about the notion of religion, in fact as an Atheist I would rather spend my time reading books like the one above. The only reason I'm reading this book now is that my sister bought it for me as a Christmas book two years ago At the time I was more disdainful of the whole topic, but my desire to express my anti theist ideas have faded entirely. Now it's a non topic. This is not a bad book and is written from a collegian that was not an Atheist at the time of this books writing (in fact latter he became agnostic after living in total faith of the Bible and god). If you are a theist it's still a good book and is really intended to say your faith or belief in God, though it may.http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/jesus-interrupted-bart-d-ehrman/1101956973?ean=9780061173943
